NHS Dancing with the Teachers: Thank You!
NHS would like to extend a HUGE thank you to all our fantastic
participants and audience. We had a terrific turnout and a very enjoyable
evening. A very special thank you goes to all our dedicated teachers and
students for preparing for weeks for the activity. A special thank you also
goes to all the wonderful businesses that donated prizes for our door prize
drawings. We raised over $1,400 to donate to Snacks for Backpacks to help
children in our community!

HS Drama Production: "The
Drowsy Chaperone"
Maeser's high school drama department invites you to come see
"The Drowsy Chaperone", a fun Tony Award-winning musical comedy set
in the 1920s. Presented as a musical within a show, the play features a musical
theater enthusiast who, from the comfort of his favorite chair, invites the
audience to listen to a recording of his favorite musical called "The
Drowsy Chaperone". When he puts the record into the player, the musical
comes to life inside his apartment. With catchy tunes, glamorous costumes,
hilarious spit-takes and dancing monkeys, this show will leave you anything but
drowsy!
Performances:
May 4 at 7:00pm
May 7 at 7:00pm
May 8 at 1:00pm and 7:00pm
May 9 at 3:00pm and 7:00pm
Admission:
$5 students and seniors
$8 adults
$30 family

Help Our Debaters Get to
Nationals
Please help our
Maeser Prep Debate and Speech team get to Nationals to represent the state of
Utah in Florida! Both of our usual sponsors were unable to help us this year,
so we are desperate for help. These kids are incredibly competitive and have
worked hard all year to prepare for this moment to have the chance to compete
for the national title. Please help their dreams come true by donating any sum
that you can afford. We truly appreciate your generosity and support of our
team!
This year our
team is more skilled than ever. Gabby Garner and Sean Robinson are competing in
NY for International Public Policy Forum after making the elite eight teams in
the world. This Public Forum Team has over seven state champion titles, over 40
trophies, and years of hard work. Please donate and help our seniors attend nationals!
